Visit from Water Engineer

The Green Flag Committee would sincerely like to thank Charles O'Leary, a Water Engineer who took time out of his busy schedule to visit our school today and give a talk to the children from 3rd to 6th class. He explained that the water in our school comes from Ballinatona public water supply near Newmarket. He spoke about the costs involved in treating water and he discussed different ways to conserve and reduce our water use. It was a very informative talk.
